Flowers: Inconspicuous, small, yellow, June.
Fruits: Glaucous blue, black, berries from September on; unpalatable.
Leaves: Evergreen, slenderly elliptical to lanceolate, pale green.
Demands: Sunny to semi-shady, tolerates heat, moderately frost hardy; good for urban environments, tolerates wind.
Soil: Fresh to moist; any nutritious garden soil.
Note: Overhanging, draped, 2-3 m long.
