Habit: Small shrub with dense shoots, 1 m tall and wide, occasionally larger, slow-growing.
Flowers: Wide-open, saturated yellow bowl flowers, July to September.
Leaves: Rarely semi-evergreen, often only deciduous, lanceolate to ovoid, orange-red in November.
Demands: Sun to semi-shade, tolerates heat, moderately frost hardy.
Soil: On all well drained substrates.
