Flowers: Panicles with sterile ray florets and fertile inner flowers; varying, white; withering to antique pink, burgundy to red-brown, elegantly loose, 20-25 cm long
Flowering period: Beginning of July to August (October).
Characteristics: Early flowering variety, light to medium green leaves, stable habit.
Demands: Sun to light shade; frost hardy.
Soil: Acidic to neutral substrates, rich in humus, fresh to moist; frequent fertilising demanded when plants are strongly pruned.
Note: to promote flowering branches of older plants may be cut back annually to 1/3 of the older wood, strong twigs should be completely removed.
